Sarat Vadada is the co-founder and President of Hands on Physical therapy. He is a New York State Licensed Physical therapist and has been providing patient care since 2002. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy and biological science from Loyola College and Sri Ram Chandra University, India, and completed a certificate in Functional Orthopedics from Touro College. Sarat worked as a Homecare Physical therapist at South Nassau Hospital and was awarded best employee in 2008 for his excellence in patient care.
With 26 years of experience, Sarat developed an extensive and versatile variety of patient care skills by participating in education programs in many areas of physical therapy. Sarat strongly believes in personalized care and providing evidence-based skilled physical therapy treatment. In 2009, he established the first Hands on Physical therapy clinic in Baldwin, NY. Sarat’s particular areas of expertise include manual therapy, Post-surgical orthopedic conditions, balance and coordination, and managing musculoskeletal pain. Sarat holds excellent relationships with many of the New York-based Doctors and works closely with them while providing patient care. Out of work, he loves to travel around the world to explore different cultures. He has a passion for Tennis, Volleyball and has actively participated in and won competitive badminton tournaments all across the US.
